Employee of the Month Nominations

The mission of Village Learning & Achievement Center is to create the support and services to affect positive changes in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, and our local community, so that these individuals can reach their maximum potential and level of independence.  We carefully screen and hire employees who share this philosophy. We invite parents and guardians of our program participants to nominate Village Learning & Achievement Center team members for our Employee of the Month recognition program. Submissions may be made at any time throughout the year simply by completing the form below.  Things to consider when nominating a staff member are:

How does the employee promote and uphold our mission?

How does the employee demonstrate proficiency and innovation while completing their assigned duties?

Does the employee promote a pleasant environment for program participants and other employees?

Is the employee dependable, capable and responsive to the needs of program participants and parents/guardians?
